This website is operated by Nimex Solutions, an Odoo implementation and engineering company with offices in Ankara, Türkiye (Ata Mahallesi, Yenimahalle, Ankara 06105) and Wilmington, Delaware, United States (520 Robinson Ln Unit 4-14C, Wilmington, DE 19805). What this website collects, and why

• Contact form (/contactus): the name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message you enter, so that we can reply.
• Appointment booking (Book a Consultation): the name, e-mail address and phone number you enter and the time slot you choose, so that the meeting can take place.
• Helpdesk tickets (Support Portal): the subject, description, attachments and contact details you submit with a ticket, so that it can be handled.
• Cookies: the cookies described on the Cookie Policy page. Optional cookies are only set after you choose "I agree" in the cookie bar; "Cookie Preferences" in the footer reopens that choice.
• Server logs: the web server records requests (page address, time, IP address, browser identification) as every web server does, for security and troubleshooting.

This website runs on Odoo, which stores the data above in the company's Odoo database. It does not use advertising networks.

Legal bases

To be confirmed by counsel: the legal basis for each processing purpose above (for example, steps taken at your request before a contract, or legitimate interest for the server logs).

How long data is kept

To be confirmed by counsel: retention periods for contact requests, appointment bookings, helpdesk tickets and server logs.

Who receives the data

The data stays in the company's Odoo database and is handled by the Nimex Solutions team that answers your request. The hosting provider of the database processes it on our behalf.

To be confirmed by counsel: the hosting provider and any other processors to be named, and whether data is transferred between the Turkish and the United States office.

Your rights

To be confirmed by counsel: the rights that apply under the applicable laws (access, correction, deletion and the others), and the procedure and response time for exercising them. Until then, requests can be sent to the e-mail address above.
