What these terms cover

These terms cover the use of this website: reading its pages, sending a message through the contact form, booking a consultation and opening a helpdesk ticket. They do not replace the contract that governs an implementation, engineering, hosting or support engagement: those terms are agreed per project, in writing.

Content of this website

The pages describe how Nimex Solutions works with Odoo and show illustrative interfaces with sample data; they are information, not an offer. Odoo is a product of Odoo S.A.; application names and screenshots refer to that product. Service levels, coverage and responsibilities are defined per contract.

Requests made through this website

A message, booking or ticket sent through this website is a request. It becomes a commitment only when Nimex Solutions confirms it in writing. Personal data sent with a request is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability, governing law and disputes

To be confirmed by counsel: limitation of liability for the use of this website, the governing law and the competent courts (Türkiye and the United States are both possible, given the two offices).
