Catering Operations Platform
Contract catering means a new order, delivery and invoice line for every customer on every service day, usually run on phone calls and spreadsheets. Nimex built it as one Odoo application: customers confirm tomorrow's meals from a link, quotations and meal deliveries follow on their own, and each customer receives one weekly invoice that reconciles day by day.
The problem
Every service day is an order, a delivery and an invoice line.
Standard Odoo has sales orders, deliveries and invoices, but no standing catering contract: which menus, which weekdays, which holidays, which vehicle. Someone has to open tomorrow's order for every customer, every day, and price it right.
The quantity changes daily and arrives by phone, by message or not at all. Nothing closes the window before the kitchen starts, nothing records who changed what, and a cancelled day can still end up billed.
Invoicing each day separately buries the customer in single-day invoices whose lines all read the same; invoicing by hand at the end of the week loses days and the delivery references the customer's accounts team asks for.

Contracts & customers
- Responsible contact from the customer's own people, daily link to their mobile.
- Contract pricelist, defaulting to the customer's; unit price per menu.
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner or custom menus with standard quantities, optionally by weekday.
- Served weekdays, Serve / Do not serve windows, bilingual public holidays, one rule order.
- Next order time and next service day on every contract.
Daily ordering
- Scheduler opens the next service day's orders at the link time; one per contract and date.
- Token-only phone page in Turkish or English with photos and contents.
- Confirm, change, cancel with undo, and days or ranges struck out ahead.
- Change deadline on the link day or the service morning; automatic confirmation.
- Bulk confirm, cancellation reserved to named users, delivered days locked.
Quotations & orders
- A quotation with every daily order, on the contract pricelist, dated on the service day.
- Line-by-line sync while open, from the phone page or the back office.
- Confirm the day, confirm the sale; cancel the day, cancel the quotation.
- Sales list filters for catering orders and service dates.
Deliveries & logistics
- Meal Deliveries operation per warehouse, its own sequence.
- Contract plate and drivers on every delivery for the e-İrsaliye.
- Validation anywhere marks the day Delivered; bulk "Gönderildi" and vehicle assignment.
- Daily meal list in Excel for the kitchen.
Invoicing & finance
- One invoice per customer for every delivered, uninvoiced day; missed days caught later.
- Weekly day and hour, month end, once per day, drafts or posted.
- Lines named with the service date; delivery table in the invoice note.

How it works
From a signed contract to Friday's invoice.
- Contract
Customer, responsible contact, pricelist, menus with standard quantities and weekdays, service days, exceptions, vehicle plate and drivers.
- Order opened
At the link send time the scheduler opens the next service day's order for every served contract: Draft, link Not Sent, with its quotation.
- Link sent
Link Sent; over WhatsApp automatically where the switches allow it, or by hand from the order; logged in the chatter.
- Customer answers
Quantities submitted: Updated by Customer, the quotation follows. Or the day is cancelled, or struck out ahead.
- Deadline
The day confirms itself (or in bulk from the list): Confirmed, the quotation becomes a sales order, the meal delivery is created.
- Delivered
Validating the delivery, from the form, the barcode app or "Gönderildi", moves the day to Delivered.
- Weekly invoice
On the invoicing day every delivered, uninvoiced day of a customer becomes one invoice, dated lines, delivery table in the note.
- e-Fatura and summary
The e-Invoice Suite sends it with the note; the invoice can go over WhatsApp; the weekly meal summary goes out by e-mail.
